Rowanlea is a strictly non smoking establishment

Check in is from 16.00 hours and  until 18.00 hours daily - Check out is by 10:00am

In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your reservation with us, we require a minimum of 7 days notice. Should your cancellation be within 7 days of arrival, we will do our best to re-let your room, in the event we are unable to achieve this, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to re-let.

Cancellations within 2 days of arrival again we will try to re-let the room, in the event we are unable to achieve this, you will be charged for the full amount of stay, less any nights we are able to re-let.

Cancellations or shortened stays whilst resident will be charged the full length of stay

Non-arrivals will be charged the full length of stay.

Regrettably we do not accept children under 13 years old

Regrettably we do not accept animals or pets
